The manual was lots about what it can do but little or nothing on how to. Pros: Ive learnt not to believe everything that you read and to show greater caution when purchasing in future.Ĭons: Tech response is too slow. Their guitar effects are left wanting and not good enough for for serious guitarists.
Magix claim that guitarists will love Samplitude Music Studio 15. This program freezes and crashes constantly after only two or three tracks go down and the day that a full song can be produced seem a distant dream. Well I'm here to say that its not worth it and far too much time has been wasted when a better step by step manual is what you would and should expect. When reading their instructions on things like VITA and ROBOTTA they say things like fiddle around it is worth it. I ended up solving that problem myself after many hours of frustration and twiddling. Not good enough MAGIX! When writing to tech support my enquiry took a week for a response and the response was incorrect and didn't answer the problem I was having. The Help forum is is a place you are directed to should you incur problems and hundreds of people are, however two thirds of the questions in the forum remain unanswered. There is far too much sales hype about what samplitude 15 can do and altho ugh it comes with a 526 page manual there is little to no information on how to instruction.
